Ragnar Playmates


I saw a huge, massive, covering-the-whole-back-window-of-a-suburban Playboy Bunny decal while I was walking my eight year old child through the Elementary School parking lot one day. It struck me as odd, out of place, a little inappropriate maybe.


I mentioned it to another mom friend of mine. She said that there was a big controversial to-do about it on facebook. Turns out the Bunny was part of a Ragnar Relay team, named the "So and So Playmates and Hugh Too." Ragnar is pretty hard core, so I understand the desire to brag and show off a bit. If I did a Ragnar relay, I'd probably brag. But maybe not with a 3'x5' window decal at the elementary school.


The decal was gone the next day. I guess I was right about it being out of place and inappropriate.
