Harvest?

so did you harvest it? and what do you do with it once harvested?

I did not harvest it, I don't know what to do with it. The only thing I know how to do with fruit is make jelly. I didn't get out to harvest prickly pears for jelly and now they look over-ripe, but I will do a little Bing search to see if there is anything to do wiht organ pipe cactus fruits. I may just cut it open for scientific observation.
